How we're processing orders during the Pandemic

August 2022 update: we are slowly returning to normal! We have established a new location in Canada, and are soon expecting our largest inventory shipment ever. This will include the high quality products you know and love, as well as new ones that improve on our core philosophies.

We are also reducing fulfillment costs (including free shipping to North America) and increasing warranty durations on most products.

Your patience and support through these times has been invaluable, and we're looking forward to pushing ourselves to surpass are already high standards for service.

 

Original post: The pandemic has changed all of our lives very quickly, and our business was unfortunately not immune to this. However, we are still processing orders and getting you the high quality lighting products you expect from us.

 What's changed?

 Inventory: we are not currently centralizing inventory, instead keeping it at a series of locations around the world, from where they can be promptly dispatched to customers. Thus, you may receive your kit in multiple packages with individual tracking numbers - the details for which will be provided with your order.

Packaging: since we're using third-party warehouses, the packages you receive may or may not carry our brand on them...or have our customary magnet inside. Don't worry, it's still the exact same high quality product! 

Shipping time: based the location of your shipping address and our inventory, shipping times may vary from 2 days to 3 weeks. We will provide details within 24 hours of placing an order.
